London Scottish Ready To Face Moseley

23rd November 2012
admin

London Scottish welcome Moseley to the Richmond Athletic Ground for an early kick off on Saturday afternoon.

Director of Rugby Simon Amor makes four changes to the side that lost narrowly to Plymouth a fortnight ago. Ross Samson comes in at scrum-half and Andy Reay returns at inside centre as Richard Bolt and PJ Gidlow are named on the replacements bench.

In the pack, Mark Bright makes his return from injury at No. 8, with Ben Russell moving to blindside flanker and Chevvy Pennycook shifting to openside. Lewis Thiede comes into the front row at tighthead alongside recent Championship XV representative Mark Irish.

Harlequins youngsters Harry Allen and Sam Twomey are available for selection and take their place on the bench.

Simon Amor: “We know that Moseley will challenge us right across the pitch but our focus is very much on ourselves and our own performance. We’re looking to get our game right consistently throughout the 80 minutes.”

Scottish have won three out of five league games at home this season and will be hoping to add another win this weekend.

CORRECTION: Colin Quigley will start in place of Lewis Thiede, with Alex Mackenzie coming on to the replacements bench.
