Opposition in Focus

Caldy travel down to the RAG for the third time this season having already played Richmond twice, once in the cup and once in the league. Coming away with a win and a loss from their two trips to West London the Wirral-based side will be looking for another important away win.

With both sides languishing near the bottom of the table, Saturday’s fixture is a crucial one as both sides look to use the month of December as a chance to climb the league. Caldy face a tricky month of fixtures, taking on Ealing, Doncaster and Cornish Pirates before the new year thus making the visit to London Scottish an important one.

London Scottish welcome back a number of dual registered Harlequins players after they completed Premiership Rugby Cup duty for the top flight side a couple of weeks ago. London Scottish are also delighted to welcome back Cameron Anderson and Luke Mehson as they both recover from concussions suffered in recent weeks.

Joe Gray and Bryan Redpath will be targeting the month of December as a crucial one in the Club’s season. Having slowly built over the start of the season, the focus switches from performances to results.
