ALL 2014/15 Club members must complete the RWC2015 Ballot Application Form in order to be entered into the RWC2015 ticket ballot.

Life Members and members currently on Direct Debit and Standing Order qualify for entry into the RWC2015 ticket ballot but MUST complete the RWC2015 Ballot Application Form to be considered.

All 2014/15 members please fill out the RWC2015 Ballot Application Form and send back in the post to the following address.
