London Scottish have recalled skipper Mark Bright, hooker Adam Kwasnicki and experienced wing duo Miles Mantella and Matt Williams for Saturday’s Festive clash against Worcester Warriors at Richmond Athletic Ground, 3pm kick-off.
Bright, who is the Greene King IPA Championship's top try scorer, comes back into the starting XV having played for England in last weekend's IRB World Series Sevens tournament in South Africa.
Prop Max Maidment who starred for a Championship XV which defeated Canada in November, also earns a recall as does fellow prop James Hallam, flanker Chris Walker and Harlequins dual-registered centre Harry Sloan.
Scottish will be looking to preserve their unbeaten home league record against a Warriors side which has not lost since the opening day of the season.
London Scottish Director of Rugby, Mike Friday, said: “The squad has been building towards this for a few weeks now and it will be an exciting and huge challenge for the boys who will be testing themselves against what I believe to be the form team in the Championship.
“Worcester are an immensely talented side and incredibly physical.
“They have a back division who can play, an array of international players in the squad and a fantastic coaching team.
“It's a big ask for the boys to get the victory but that's exactly what they intend to do and they have the belief and talent to pull off a win.”
He added: “It should be a great occasion and atmosphere just before Christmas and hopefully we will have a dry day which allows both teams to play.”
Tickets for Saturday's match start at just £12 for members and £15 for non-members.
Richmond Card holders (excludes Visitor Richmond Cards) can get into the game for £10 (one Clan, standing, ticket per card holder) whilst Aviva Premiership club season ticket holders can watch London's ONLY Championship club for just £5 (one Clan, standing, ticket per season ticket holder)!
