The London Scottish Minis would like to thank everyone in the crowd at Saturday’s Nottingham game for their generous donations made to the U11s who were collecting around the ground.
The generosity of the fans raised over £410 for the Minis tour fund, which is greatly appreciated. The U11s also put on a demonstration of their skills at half time, providing a glimpse of their talent to the watching crowd.
If you have any children interested in trying rugby at London Scottish, why not bring them along to our regular Sunday morning training sessions? Alternatively, there is a great chance for your kids to sample rugby at the Half Term Rugby Camp from 19th-21st February. Bring them along for one, two or three days and they can get expert coaching from the team of professional coaches.
At London Scottish, we run mixed ability teams, for boys and girls aged between 6 and 12. The emphasis is on all players getting involved and having fun. With dedicated RFU accredited coaches, plus support from the wider LSFC coaching community, we provide a safe environment for players to develop their skills.
We also have LSFC 1st Team players to call on to help spice up the training sessions and work with the team. Training is from 9:30am to 11:30am each Sunday on the pitches around the main ground. All you need are rugby boots (we have studs you can use in your football boots), a gum shield, and a drink to enjoy during the sessions.
We look forward to seeing you soon!
