London Scottish are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to become their 1st Team Skills Coach.

The successful candidate should be RFU Level 3 Qualified or equivalent. There will be the prospect of devising individual skill development programs for the 1st team squad, assisting with 1st team coaching and overseeing the development of academy players.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement Position Specific Skill Development Programs:

• Devise individualised programs
• Deliver appropriate training
• Review performances and skill development
• Liaise with 1st team coaches regarding players’ development

Support first team coaching:

• Assist with match analysis
• Individual reviews
• Plan and deliver training sessions in accordance with the Head Coach

Oversee development of academy players:

• Manage the lifestyle and wellbeing of academy players
• Liaise with Premiership and National 1 clubs
• Review academy players’ performances 

Reports to: Head Coach

Hours: Full Time

Salary: Competitive
