London Scottish is accepting applications for strength and conditioning placement positions for the 17/18 season. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to develop their skills within the professional sporting environment of a dynamic Greene King IPA Championship club.

Key Responsibilities will include, but not be restricted to:

Assistance in preparing and delivering a comprehensive S & C program to the First Team Squad
Data input and analysis of gym and field based sessions including testing
Assistance in ensuring players are ready to perform in training and at games
Participate in department CPD
Ensuring confidentiality at all times

Person Specification:
Must have, or currently be enrolled in, a undergraduate degree in the relevant subject area
A keen interest in developing as a strength and conditioning coach
Excellent understanding of Excel and computer literacy
Understanding of the game of rugby union
Confident working with small and large groups
Outstanding work ethic and punctuality
Reliable and enthusiastic with the ability to well in a team

Reports to: Head of S & C
Hours: Day time hours with some evenings – can be flexible and discussed with Head of S&C
Remuneration: Voluntary
Start date: June 2017
