We have a vacancy for the post of Voluntary Assistant to the 1st XV Manager at the club. This will initially be for all home matches until the end of the season, starting with the match on 21st January against Cardiff Blues in the B&I Cup 5th round.

Duties will include;
 

• Setting up the changing room on a match day, laying out kit for players and other members of staff.
• Liaising with and looking after the match officials after their arrival at the ground.
• Welcoming the visiting team’s players and staff.
• Compiling the electronic match result sheet on the RFU’s Game Management System and being responsible for its completion during the course of the game and at the end of the game, getting it signed off. A laptop will be provided for this.
• Distribution of meal vouchers to players and staff of both teams as well as the match officials.
• Any other duties during the course of the match day, as directed by the team manager.

 
Whilst individuals have their own tasks to do on a match day, the environment is very much a team one where everyone helps out when the occasion requires it.
